EPS Sandwich Roof Panel

EPS sandwich roof panel, also known as polystyrene roof sandwich panel. Polystyrene foam (EPS) sandwich panels have the advantages of light weight, high flatness, low thermal conductivity, impact resistance and low price. EPS sandwich panel is a common material for exterior wall insulation and plant enclosure.

Product mix:

1. The inner and outer surfaces are made of colore steel plates, with a sandwich layer of polystyrene foam, which is compounded by German vacuum technology under high pressure. The surface of the polystyrene sandwich panel is bright and clean, the dirt can be removed easily, and the whole panel is bright in color, with excellent light retention. There is a layer of gel coat with excellent performance on the surface of the steel plate, which has good chemical stability to the atmosphere, water, acid, alkali, salt and other media of general concentration. High surface finish, excellent light retention, no discoloration, corrosion resistance, sun resistance and aging resistance.

2. EPS sandwich roof panel can be customized according to customers: the maximum EPS roof sandwich panel can be 13.8m × 3.6m (length x width), and the thickness is 25mm, 45mm, 55mm, 65mm, 75mm and 105mm. It can also be made according to the specifications and dimensions required by users.

Packaging and Shipping

All the products are loaded at the loading site of our factory using crane and forklift by our skilled workers, who will prevent the goods to be damaged. And all the structure components, panels, bolts and sorts of accessories will be well packed with standard package and it is suitable for ocean transport.

1. Inspection: 50% inline inspection and 100% full final inspection, make sure all output w/o any mistake.

2. Packing: Per customer's requirements or per product sizes, full protection packing.

3. Shipping: Per customer's requirements or per container sizes.

4. Unloading: We package it as a whole and can be easily pulled out at once with a forklift, which is very convenient.
