The steel structure canopy project, designed by YiRong Company for a client in the Philippines, has been successfully completed and put into use. The project's core design highlight is its innovative arched roof. Through precise structural calculations and efficient construction, it successfully created a modern industrial facility that combines visual appeal with superior practicality.

The main structure showcases rigorous engineering technology: robust H-beams are used as load-bearing columns, ensuring the stability and load-bearing capacity of the overall framework. The roof innovatively utilizes customized arched trusses as main beams. The flowing curves not only create an elegant modern architectural form but also optimize the canopy's drainage and wind resistance. The secondary support system uses lightweight, high-strength C-shaped steel purlins, tightly connected to the arched trusses, forming an efficient and stable support system.
Regarding the enclosure system, the roof covering layer uses high-quality color-coated steel sheets that are corrosion-resistant and anti-aging. The sheets are precisely laid along the arched structure, ensuring a continuous and flat roof surface, effectively improving waterproofing and durability. This design performed exceptionally well in handling the intense sunlight and rainfall characteristic of the local tropical climate.
