The steel structure factory building tailor-made by Yirong Company for a cashew processing enterprise in Tanzania was successfully delivered. The project size is 90×25×10 meters, using a portal steel frame structure to achieve a 25-meter-long column-free space, fully meeting the production line layout and warehousing needs.

Structure and material highlights:

The main beams and columns are made of H-shaped steel, and the purlins are made of galvanized C-shaped steel. The structure is stable and durable.

Envelope system: The lower part of the wall is equipped with a 2-meter-high brick wall for enhanced protection. The upper part and roof are fully equipped with Yirong customized metal sandwich panels, which have thermal insulation, heat insulation and anti-corrosion properties and adapt to the local hot and humid climate.
