Dominican fruit and vegetable fresh cold storage
The fruit and vegetable fresh cold storage project tailored for Dominican customers by Yirong Insulation Sandwich Panel Manufacturer has been successfully completed. The project uses high-standard polyurethane sandwich panels as the core insulation material, combined with precision refrigeration equipment and customized cold storage doors with excellent sealing, to build an efficient and energy-saving cold chain storage system.
The cold storage board uses flame-retardant polyurethane foam as the core material, and is covered with galvanized color steel plates inside and outside. It has excellent thermal insulation, moisture-proof and antibacterial properties, ensuring that the temperature fluctuation in the warehouse is ≤±0.5℃, and the humidity is stably maintained at 90%-95%RH, effectively extending the shelf life of fruits and vegetables by 3-5 times.
The project team customized the design of a multi-layer three-dimensional storage structure according to customer needs, equipped with intelligent temperature control and remote monitoring systems, successfully coped with the challenges of the tropical climate in the Dominican Republic, and reduced the average daily power consumption by 20% compared with traditional cold storage.
