Recently, the modern marijuana house project in Thailand, with core insulation building materials supplied by Yirong Group, has been successfully completed. Addressing the extremely high requirements of high-value economic crops like cannabis for indoor growth and storage environments in terms of temperature, humidity, airtightness, and hygiene standards, Yirong customized and supplied high-quality enclosure system panels, helping the client create a refined, energy-efficient, modern, climate-controlled indoor space.

This project focuses on the precise division and enclosure of indoor rooms for the scientific cultivation, drying, and long-term storage of cannabis. Yirong's technical team configured 100mm thick polyurethane sandwich insulation panels.
Exceptional Thermal Resistance (R-value): The 100mm thick rigid polyurethane foam boasts one of the lowest thermal conductivity known among building materials. In Thailand's consistently hot tropical climate, it forms a robust insulation barrier, completely preventing external heat from penetrating the interior and easily maintaining the constant temperature environment required for cannabis storage.
Significantly Reduced Operating Electricity Costs: Its superior insulation performance significantly reduces the operating load of the indoor 24/7 air conditioning and dehumidification systems, cutting long-term operating electricity expenses by over 35% for factory owners, maximizing return on investment (ROI).


The storage of cannabis beans and leaves is extremely sensitive to humidity, even slight dampness can easily lead to widespread mold growth, causing devastating asset losses.
Absolutely Waterproof and Moisture-proof: Yirong rigid polyurethane sandwich panels have an extremely high closed-cell rate of ≥95%, naturally possessing perfect moisture-proof and anti-permeability properties.
Preventing Cold Bridge Condensation: The precise tongue-and-groove design achieves seamless enclosure, completely eliminating the "cold bridge effect" caused by condensation and dripping water on walls due to drastic temperature differences between indoors and outdoors, ensuring the long-term preservation of cannabis assets in a dry, safe environment.



The processing environment for food and pharmaceutical-grade crops requires strict dust and bacteria control. The PU sandwich panels used in this project were entirely precision-manufactured on a heavy-duty, fully automated continuous production line in China.
Smooth and Corrosion-Resistant Surface: The double-sided color-coated steel sheets undergo high-standard anti-corrosion and weather-resistant treatment, resulting in a smooth, dense surface that is not prone to dust accumulation and can withstand frequent surface disinfection and cleaning.
Seamless Airtightness: The tongue-and-groove joints, formed by hot pressing on the continuous production line, achieve extremely high airtightness, effectively preventing the leakage of special odors and isolating external insects and harmful bacteria.
