Guyana Prefabricated Warehouse

The warehouse project developed by Yirong Group for its client in Guyana has been successfully completed. This project utilized a true one-stop, end-to-end service, encompassing scheme design, precision manufacturing, ocean freight booking, customs clearance at the destination port, and on-site installation guidance, removing all obstacles to cross-border procurement for the client.

In terms of structural design, the prefabricated warehouse adopted a classic portal frame system adapted to local conditions. Considering the local climate, the roof was designed with a gentle slope, balancing drainage efficiency and construction costs.

The main load-bearing components of the prefabricated warehouse were constructed using high-strength H-beams as beams and columns, paired with C-beam purlins, ensuring the overall structural stability and economy. The enclosure system used single-layer metal sheets for the roof and walls, which are not only easy to construct and lightweight but also effectively withstand the challenges of the tropical environment.
