The core materials for the clean room project customized by Yirong sandwich panel supplier for Hungarian customers have been produced and delivered. The EPS purification board and dedicated purification door used in this project have been officially arranged for shipment recently, and their design and material selection strictly follow the European clean space construction standards.

EPS purification wall panel/ceiling: width 1150mm, thickness 50/75/100mm, customized in multiple specifications.
Dedicated purification sliding door/single door: with 304 stainless steel door frame and observation window (double-layer tempered glass).
Technical adaptability: The EPS solution balances the triple requirements of cost, schedule, and cleanliness level for the Hungarian project.
Compliance guarantee: Material certification covers both EU CE/UKCA standards.
Sustainability: The recycling rate of excess materials in the production line is greater than 95%, in compliance with the EU Green Building Directive.
All materials for this shipment have passed EN 14509 European sandwich panel certification and ISO 14644 clean room leak testing. They have been loaded and shipped to the Kaposv á r project site in Hungary, marking another important breakthrough for Yirong in the field of high-end purification engineering in the European Union.

Excellent clean sealing performance
EPS core material is formed into a continuous closed cell structure through high-density pressing (≥ 18kg/m ³), combined with a composite process of polyurethane glue and 0.5mm thick clean coated color steel plate, to achieve near zero penetration at the joints of the board, effectively blocking the migration of particles and microorganisms, and meeting the cleanliness requirements of ISO Class 6-8.
Efficient Energy Saving and Economic Efficiency
The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.032-0.040W/(m · K), which saves more than 30% energy compared to traditional building materials. The lightweight feature (with a self weight of only 60% of rock wool board) significantly reduces the transportation and installation costs of the Hungary project.
Anti chemical and anti-corrosion ability
The surface coating is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum zinc coated steel plate (AZ150g/㎡) or 304 stainless steel panel, which is resistant to common disinfectants such as alcohol and hydrogen peroxide, extending the service life of the workshop.
Modular rapid construction
The eps sandwich panel comes with a built-in enterprise port plug-in structure, which, when combined with specialized purification sealant (such as silicone neutral adhesive), achieves seamless splicing and shortens the on-site construction period in Hungary by 40%.
