150mm thick PU sandwich wall panel sent to Lebanon

The 150mm thick PU sandwich wall panel project customized by Yirong sandwich panel manufacturer for Lebanese customers has been completed and arranged for shipment. This product uses high-density polyurethane (PU) rigid foam as the core material, and is covered with galvanized color coated steel plate on both sides. It has both lightweight and high strength characteristics. The thermal conductivity of the wallboard is as low as 0.022W/(m · K), and the fire rating reaches A1, which can effectively resist the thermal stress and fire risk in the high temperature and dry climate in Lebanon.

The design of pre punched bolt holes in PU sandwich wall panels enables rapid assembly, with a 40% increase in construction efficiency compared to traditional walls. It also has impact resistance, weather resistance, and moisture resistance, making it suitable for industrial plants, logistics warehouses, and commercial buildings.
